In preparation for holidays and for everyday life, we will experiment with eating with deep gratitude and reverence. We will ask: “Where does the food come from?” We will ask whether the food we choose and the amount we eat is good for us. We will extend this contemplative awareness to other forms of consumption such as drinking alcohol and shopping. Please bring a notebook for journaling.
