This 4-session evening seminar will examine the effects and affects of having been part of a dysfunctional family that did not recognize emotions, process them and grow from them. It is important to know that it is never too late to learn:
- 1) sadness is not the foundation of life;
- 2) healthy laughter is a healing factor;
- 3) goals are achievable, even by me;
- 4) God's love is the source of strength and courage to move forward. Find comfort in joining others on the same journey of discovering.
